Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Global Mobility and Reward Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading financial markets and commodities bank. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in delivering high-quality outcomes for stakeholders, clients, and the markets in which they operate.
What you'll do:
- Manage and support all Globally Mobile employees including Assignees, Permanent transferees and Permanent hires as Primary contact for all offices.
- Responsible for instructing and coordinating all external suppliers providing Global Mobility services including Relocation, Immigration and Tax.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful assignments and placements.
- Ensure correct data exchanges with HR Services and Payroll across all locations.
- Support of ad hoc tasks directed by HR Business Partner.
What you bring:
- Experience in working within a Mobility role, with exposure to international assignee and employee matters.
- Experience of working with HR systems.
- Experience of working in a similar Corporate/Financial Services environment or with a customer/client service environment.
- Strong Excel and Word skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and numerical skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
