We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our dedicated and supportive People Operations Team. The successful candidate will be integral in providing outstanding payroll services, supporting our services and colleagues with comprehensive employee life cycle administration. This role is based in our modern Leicester office, with the flexibility of hybrid working.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Inputting all payroll data accurately in accordance with statutory guidelines.
  • Ensuring compliance with UK Payroll Legislation and GDPR.
  • Working effectively within a team to deliver high-quality payroll services.
  • Managing tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and robustness.
  • Maintaining impeccable attention to detail and pride in accuracy.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our colleagues, reflecting our commitment to outstanding support.
  • Utilising Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word to perform payroll tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in Payroll administration.
  • Exposure to an HR shared service centre environment is desirable.
  • A working knowledge of UK Payroll Legislation and GDPR.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Customer service-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional support to colleagues.
  • Self-efficient, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
