Responsibilities of Secondary Teacher Cover Supply:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to secondary students across various subjects as General Cover or your specialist subject
- Adapt to different teaching environments, maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Implement the school's curriculum and ensure student progress.
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote a safe learning environment.
Requirements of Secondary Teacher Cover Supply:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification, recognised in the UK.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching Key Stage 3 / 4 / 5.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in diverse educational settings.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- MUST BE LOCATED in Kent and hold the relevant Right to Work in the UK, with ability to travel to schools in the Rochester/Medway area for work.
