This is a great opportunity for a professional Receptionist/Secretary, this position will include acting as first point of contact for this Companies prestigious clients.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing an efficient and professional front of house service and managing incoming telephone calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the Company and announcing their arrival
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff members
  • Typing a range of documentation which includes correspondence, quotations and specialist reports
  • Collating operational data on a weekly basis and preparing reports for the management team
  • Managing daily postal function, filing, photocopying, sending emails and managing database records
