UXUI Designer

Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and technically skilled UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio and experience in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Figma, React, Angular, and CSS, and will be responsible for designing user interfaces that are not only visually compelling but also highly functional and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces using Figma.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries for use across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs by working closely with the development team.
  • Implement designs using front-end technologies, including React, Angular, and CSS.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and financial services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Figma and front-end development technologies including React, Angular, and CSS.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects (Portfolio Required).
  • Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or In-Vision.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
