Description
The Residential Solicitor's responsibilities will include:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on residential property matters.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Participate in business development activities to promote the firm's residential property services.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the legal department to ensure a high level of service is provided to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in residential property law.
- Support the training and development of junior staff within the department.
Profile
The successful Residential Property Solicitor should have:
- 3+ years PQE.
- Experience in handling a diverse caseload of residential property matters.
- Strong knowledge of residential property law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
