We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Year 6 teacher to join a vibrant and supportive team in a fantastic Basildon primary school. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and committed to providing an excellent learning experience for their students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of Year 6 students and promote their academic and personal development.
- Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
- Assessing student progress regularly and using this feedback to inform future teaching.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Building positive relationships with parents and caregivers to support student learning and well-being.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practice and keep up-to-date with current educational research and trends.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in a Year 6 classroom.
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience with preparing students for SATs exams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
