We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team for a one-day event on Saturday, 26th October 2024. Hours are 12pm - 8pm.

Day To Day:
- Overseeing the bar's day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service throughout the event.
- Leading and motivating the bar team to deliver high-quality drinks and excellent customer service.
- Handling customer queries, complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring that cash handling and till reconciliation are accurate at the end of the shift.
- Liaising with event managers to ensure a successful and well-coordinated service.
We Would Love To See:
- Previous experience as a bar supervisor or in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
- Confident changing a keg.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- A passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Experience in cash handling, stock management, and ensuring service standards are met.
- Punctuality and a professional attitude.
