Pay: £13.02 per hour, 37 hours per week
Location: Civic Centre within Walsall Town Centre - hybrid after training, 3 days working from home and 2 days onsite.
Length: 3 months with potential to extend
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 5.15pm, Friday - 8.45am - 4.45pm.

Opus People Solutions have an exciting opportunity available on behalf of Walsall Council for Customer Service Advisors to join their Contact Centre.

As Customer Service Advisor you will act as a first point of contact for incoming safeguarding referrals, via phone, email or communication channels.

Duties will include answering customer contacts through a variety of channels, providing the best customer experience, maintaining accurate, up to date records, providing clerical support when required and adhere to confidentiality and data protection regulations, ensuring the security of sensitive information.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about being helpful, understanding and empowering customers by delivering a responsive and transparent in the service.

Suitable candidates for the role will have proven experience of Social Care or Medical Receptionist, GP Receptionist, NHS Administration and Receptionist within a fast paced, customer facing office environment. Excellent verbal and communication skills are vital, along with a desire to learn, maintain excellent service delivery and remain calm and accurate, with a strong attention to detail when under working pressure or facing challenging situations.

This position is offered on a initial 3 month temporary basis, based on 37 hours per week full time at the rate of £13.02 per hour.
