Field Service Manager

We are now looking for an experienced Field Service Manager to lead a team of Field and Inhouse Service Engineers.

Based at my client's Surrey facility with frequent travel to other areas in the UK, your main responsibilities will include Resource planning; People management; Service Sales support and Budgetary Management.

Leading a team of around 12 Field Service Engineers and In-House Mechanics, you will ensure service plans and maintenance goals are met.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction is at the heart of all your responsibilities.

Experience and Qualifications:

As the successful Service Manager, you should hold a relevant degree in engineering or any other technical education.

You should also experience in Mechanics/ Systems /Machine tools/ Electronics or Mechatronics. Your experience should include Service Engineering, Service Management and Team Leadership.

With your background in Service, you will have proven capacity to manage customer expectations.

Additional Information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK, without requiring sponsorship. Copies of Visa and Passport will be requested for verification.

Candidates MUST hold a full clean UK Driving licence, and be willing to travel (UK, and global).

When not travelling, you will be based in the office in Surrey.
