- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify, research and target key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, CEOs) within the ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Outbound engagement via phone, email and social media
- Appointment setting
- Selling and negotiating
- Industry networking
- Earning commission
**Sales Development Representative - Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in sales, business development or a related field, ideally in the tech or software industry OR 2:1 Russell Group graduate
- Determined
- Willing to go above and beyond
- Technical acumen
- Self-motivated (this is SUPER important)
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in technology and software
- Resilient
- CRM proficiency
