The role:
- You should be able to communicate quickly, manage expectations and settle issues for new and existing customers.
- The ability to acknowledge complex customer requirements and then deal with them accordingly resulting in a successful sale to a customer.
- You will be responsible for leading technical presentations and training sessions tailored to their audience which showcases my clients product features and benefits.
Essential Skills:
- BSc of 2:1 or above in a related field. Bonus if graduated from a Russel Group university
- Great knowledge of CRMs and tools to track and manage potential sales
- Some exposure of Electronic Technologies and Testing Methodologies
- Outstanding communication skills with a talent for motivating and inspiring team members
- Exceptional written and verbal communication reflecting my clients way of doing business
