Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring timely and efficient audit planning, execution, and completion
  • Conduct audit reviews, finalising files to maintain high standards of quality and compliance
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a supportive and growth-focused team environment
  • Collaborate with Partners and senior leaders to support business growth initiatives
  • Build strong client relationships, responding to audit-related needs and providing expert guidance

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • In-depth understanding of audit and accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Proven ability to lead, support, and inspire team members
