Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare? Join our dedicated team as a Nursery Practitioner!
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and implement engaging and educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
