P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator/Property Administrator to join their team based in Great Yarmouth on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team
- Preparing property details, window cards, letters and emails
- Handling administrative duties to keep operations running smoothly
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Booking market appraisals and viewings
Person Specification:
- Previous experience desired but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for the role)
- Motivation to learn and develop professionally
- Excellent IT skills
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday 09:00 to 17:00 (1 hour for lunch)
