Conveyancing Solicitor required to join our well-established long-standing high-street solicitor client in Bury St Edmunds. We are seeking a highly experienced conveyancing solicitor confident with working in a busy practise handling large caseloads whilst delivering excellent customer care. In your role as Conveyancing solicitors, you will have the support of your own conveyancing assistant who will work strongly alongside you with all that is involved in the conveyancing process. Our client offers a friendly open plan, dog friendly office with the opportunity to work hybrid if required.

he Role

  • Handling large caseloads from start to finish
  • Dealing with Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Unregistered land
  • Plot sales and purchases
  • Deeds of Easement
  • Shared ownership properties
  • Declarations of Trust
  • Always deliver an excellent customer care experience
  • Handling client and transaction through entire lifecycle of the matter
  • Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The Person

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, with relevant experience (unqualified but with significant experience may also be considered)
  • Must possess strong knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong drafting and legal document review skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
