Team Leader, £40ph, Hospital Team, West Yorkshire
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Team Leader to support the hospital discharge team and intermediate care team with safe and timely discharges covering Calderdale Royal Hospital and Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. Must be able to attend the office at least 2-3 days per week.
The successful candidate must have significant experience working with Older People and Adults with Physical/ Learning Disabilities as well as experience in a supervisory/ management role.
