Description
You will be working on a large capital transformation project where you will be responsible for the following:
- Take charge of providing employee information and lead discussions for UK group consultations.
- Assess how implications affect the Order-to-Cash process, including any necessary bank payments.
- Advise on legal limitations related to merging entities.
- Provide guidance on transferring contracts between entities.
- Ensure the impact on systems and necessary application changes are highlighted
- Assess Procure-to-Pay process and make sure goods and services continue to be received without interruption.
Profile
- Proven experience in managing large-scale business transformation projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Previous experience working on large legal/finance projects.
- Able to manage project day to day as well as adhere to strict timelines on time and to budget.
Job Offer
- £600-£650 per day
