Description
This dynamic and highly commercial FP&A team are seeking a driven FP&A Analyst to join them. In this role, you will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner and play a crucial role in delivering commercial and analytical support to our business as it navigates an exciting phase of development and growth.
- Prepare weekly and monthly analysis and reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Collaborate with the wider team to deliver forecasts and models
- Working regularly with senior stakeholders across the business
- Assist with budget and forecast preparation and management
- Coordinate with the finance team on the creation of financial models for decision support
- Assist in driving process improvement and policy development initiatives
- Ensuring high levels of accuracy in all work submitted
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should be:
- Actively studying ACCA/CIMA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
- Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to create and present detailed reports
- Ability to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail
- Ideally knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
- Hybrid working model, with 3 days expected to work from the Witney office
