We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our FP&A team in Witney. The ideal candidate will assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in order to optimise financial performance and strategic decision-making.

Description

This dynamic and highly commercial FP&A team are seeking a driven FP&A Analyst to join them. In this role, you will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner and play a crucial role in delivering commercial and analytical support to our business as it navigates an exciting phase of development and growth.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly analysis and reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver forecasts and models
  • Working regularly with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Assist with budget and forecast preparation and management
  • Coordinate with the finance team on the creation of financial models for decision support
  • Assist in driving process improvement and policy development initiatives
  • Ensuring high levels of accuracy in all work submitted
  • Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should be:

  • Actively studying ACCA/CIMA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to create and present detailed reports
  • Ability to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail
  • Ideally knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
