I am delighted to be working with a great business based in Northallerton who are seeking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent full time basis. The successful candidate will join a close team who are pro active, friendly and professional.
My client is looking for an organised individual with a "can do attitude" who enjoys working as part of team but can also work individually.
Reporting the Finance Manager your typical duties will include:
- Using sage for both purchase and sales ledger processing
- Maintaining a spreadsheet of transactions on a daily basis
- Ensuring payment details are upto date
- Issuing reimbursements when necessary
- Dealing with accounts queries
- Reconciliations
- Adhoc accounts administration
Ideally you will:
- Have recent experience as an Accounts Assistant/Finance Administrator
- Be confident with the use of Excel
- Have sound bookkeeping knowledge
- Be professional in dealing with both colleagues and customers alike
- Have exceptional organisational skills and time management
