My client based in a lovely modern office setting is looking to hire a full-time NQ Private Client Solicitor.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual, with expertise and passion for handling a comprehensive range of private client matters. They should be personable, sociable, and possess excellent communication skills, with a particular sensitivity to the vulnerabilities of some of our clients, especially during challenging times.
Job Description:
- Undertake fee-earning work and contribute profitably to the department.
- Handle Wills, powers of attorney, probate with tax advice for private clients, and have a basic understanding of trusts.
- Engage in the firm's marketing efforts through active participation in networking, seminars, and other local events.
- Collaborate with other departments to actively seek clients and offer services.
- Maintain and enhance client care.
- Develop your own specialist areas of work.
- Be willing to travel for client meetings and manage appointments independently.
- Be proficient with online file management and assist in improving internal procedures.
Position Details:
- Permanent, ideally full-time but a minimum of 4 days per week.
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- Hybrid working – typically 1 day a week from home, with flexibility.
- Salary range: £35,000 - £40,000.
