Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a centrally located in London who require an immediate and experienced temporary Front Office Duty Manager to join their team

What's involved?

  • As Front Office Duty Manager you will be supporting our client on a temporary basis.
  • Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the front office team
  • Supervise the desk as well as provide support and guidance in other areas of the hotel when required.
  • Help reception with daily check-in and check out duties including admin
  • Duty Manager the desk in the absence of the Front Office Manager
  • Please note this will be a 4 on / 4 off contract covering 12 hour shifts but occasionally flexibility is needed as per business demands

Previous experience within a large operational hotel is essential and ideally someone from a Reception management background and has working practice of Opera Cloud proficient.
