Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for teaching and a commitment to helping every child succeed. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning in our students. You will also work closely with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the development and well-being of our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 3.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages pupil participation and engagement.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each child reach their potential.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed of their child's progress and any concerns.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Person Specification:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 3.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate pupils with diverse abilities and backgrounds.
- A commitment to fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.
