About the Role

A global leading Lloyd's Broker has an opening for someone to join it's business as a Premium Team Leader.

They are looking for someone to lead and manage a team of 4 covering all aspects of technical processing across multiple classes of business and global territories. You can expect to join an outstanding business that will continually offer career growth and further personal development.

The Central Operations Team Leader is responsible for managing the workload and quality produced by their team and ensuring an efficient and effective Technical Processing service is provided to the business whilst adhering to Regulatory, Risk and Compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Contract Load and Premium processing requests are completed accurately on Sequel Eclipse Broking within the Service Level Agreements (SLA's) agreed with the business
  • Ensure accurate and complete client and market documentation is produced
  • Management responsibility of assigned team including coaching, motivating, mentoring and developing the team
  • Evaluate and manage the performance of direct reports with regular and constructive feedback, ensuring they are appropriately trained, competent and aware of their responsibilities

Key Skills & Experience

The client is seeking someone that has been heavily involved with mentoring and technical support in a similar role undertaking Contract Load and Premium processing and at least one years' experience as a Team Leader.

You should possess an understanding of (Re)insurance and knowledge of Sequel Eclipse Broking is advantageous.

The candidate should have the ability to lead and manage people effectively and be able to develop and motivate direct reports. You should possess good communication and organisation skills.
