Our client, a Global Lloyds broker, based in the heart of the City of London is looking for a Senior Claims Advocate specialising in North American Commercial and Residential Property to join their organisation. Salary is very competitive, and you will be working for a global brand within the industry.
Your new roleIn your new role you will be tasked with processing, investigating, validating, and then paying out these claims within the relevant timeframes, and you will need to identify and process efficiencies across the business, advising on complex technical matters.
You will also need to manage the cash flow process, manage service provider and client relationships, proactively monitor claims service performance and provide relevant claims analytics to senior stakeholders of the business, provide guidance and technical expertise with team members and ensure all compliance regulations are adhered to at all times.
What you will need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will need fantastic communication skills both written and oral, great organisation and time management skills and have significant claims technical experience within Open Market North American Commercial and Residential Property, with significant Lloyd's Broking experience.
You will be a great team player, and you will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail as you will be working as the complex claims technical referral point.
