You would play a pivotal and integral role in shaping and executing the brand's content strategy, explicitly creating engaging and visually compelling content for digital and social media platforms.
We're on the hunt for a sharp, creative, and fast-moving Content Creator who knows how to turn complex topics into thumb-stopping content. If you're confident on camera, quick with ideas, and love making content that builds real trust- this one's for you.
You'll be creating content for TikTok, Meta, organic socials, and paid ads - turning processes into relatable, action-driving stories. It's fast. It's smart. And it delivers.
We need someone who's equally comfortable behind and in front of the camera, with a sharp eye for what makes content perform in sectors where credibility is key. You'll be sourcing UGC, filming and editing short-form videos, and testing creative ideas to see what sticks. Think: clever storytelling, quick execution, and content that builds trust and gets results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid media
- Create captivating content (photos, videos, stories) showcasing our brand, products, and partnerships across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn;
- Develop and implement content calendars to maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence, aligning with brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal themes;
- Work with our Head of Marketing to collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, brand partners and sporting events to create joint content projects that amplify brand reach and engagement;
- Capture and edit compelling lifestyle and product photography and videos to convey impactful brand stories;
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and audience insights to seize opportunities for content innovation, optimisation, and audience growth;
- Interact with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content, nurturing a sense of community and brand advocacy;
- Analyse content performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions) to assess success and refine future content strategies;
- Recruit talented content creators to help articulate the brand narrative
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta, and short-form video content
- Confident on camera and skilled at making complex ideas feel simple and human
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- Good grasp of social media analytics- you know how to spot what's working
- Self-motivated, quick-moving, and full of creative ideas
- Bonus points if you've worked in or around legal, claims, or financial services content
- Minimum 1 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing high-quality content creation on personal or business social media accounts.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, evidenced by a history of creating engaging content and growing social media followings
- Proficient in photography and videography, adept at using editing software to craft visually impactful graphics and animations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at storytelling and brand narrative.
