Technical Support Officer Responsibilities-
- Offer technical support and troubleshooting for electrical circuit protection products.
- Guide customers on product selection, installation procedures, and operational concerns.
- Work closely with engineering and sales teams to address and resolve advanced technical challenges.
- Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals and FAQs.
- Deliver product training sessions and demonstrations for both clients and internal teams.
- Manage technical support inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, and chat), ensuring prompt resolution.
- Keep informed about industry trends, product advancements, and new technologies.
Technical Support Officer Requirements-
- Previous experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on circuit protection ( requirement)
- In-depth knowledge of electrical principles and product functionality.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Expertise in using technical support tools and relevant software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Technical certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or similar fields ( or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role (desirable).
