Hyde is looking to recruit a Business Analyst.

As a Business Analyst at Hyde, you will be working within the Change and Delivery Team to support the development of effective business solutions and enhance operational delivery through key systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document business processes, supporting key Technology and Business projects.
- Collect, understand, and translate business requirements into specifications and user stories.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure clear definition and agreement of business requirements.
- Document workflows, analyse enhancements, and obtain client sign-offs.
- Develop and create business requirements and measurable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Conduct investigative work to address data-related business problems and determine service opportunities.
Skills and Experience Required:
- At least 3 years of experience in an analyst role.
- Experience with TotalMobile products (Connect, Mobile & Insights) a must, with Salesforce being beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to document business processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in developing business requirements and user stories.
- Understanding of iterative methods and techniques within digital transformation projects.
- Ability to prepare detailed solution design documents and ensure robust acceptance criteria.
- Experience with collaborative problem solving and analysing a range of information sources to identify an appropriate solution.
- Deliver quality output at pace within both structured and fluid environments.
