Our client is seeking to add a highly experienced Group Operations and Compliance Director to their team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected Chartered Financial Advice business. The group consists of a Financial Planning, Wealth Management and DFM arm who specialise in provide high quality financial Advice to HNW and UNW Clients.
As Group Operations and Compliance Director you will be required to hold the SMF16, SMF17 and SMF3 functions. You will be tasked with streamlining and innovating the operational and compliance processes and procedures throughout the business to boost profitability. The businesses are now entering a period of growth so you will be responsible for ensuring robust regulatory compliance procedures are in place.
Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, improving and overseeing the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure the wider organization remains efficient and profitable.
You will join the board of directors and be reporting directly to the Managing Director and Chief Executive.
Group Operations and Compliance Director Benefits
- You must have held SMF16 and SMF17
- You must hold minimum level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent (Chartered preferred)
- You should have a broad range of knowledge on financial advice and investment management
- You should have strong planning and project management skills.
- You should have excellent team leadership and communication skills

Group Operations and Compliance Director Benefits
- Salary of £80,000 - £100,000 subject to experience and qualifications plus bonus
