My client is currently seeking a driven Paralegal to join their esteemed Family Law team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial affairs. They will have the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment while also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously under appropriate supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks across various cases, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate closely with team members within the Family Law department to provide comprehensive support.
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure the delivery of high-quality client service.
- Handle case management tasks, including filing and document organization.
- Draft correspondence, letters, and legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct legal research as required to support case preparation.
- Maintain accurate data input in the firm's systems.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and deliver work to a high standard.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with appropriate supervision.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and document management.
