hireful are a fast growing recruitment software company who need an experienced SaaS marketing leader to help us build a multi-channel growth marketing programme.
Our small marketing team (4 staff & 3 freelancers) have helped us develop a great reputation and a steady supply of leads by running weekly webinars and producing free tools and other content to engage prospects.
We know want to find someone who can help improve both our product marketing and lead generation. Someone who can take our enthusiasm for marketing, knowledge of recruitment and professionalise our marketing operation.
What you'll be doing:
- Designing the marketing strategy.
- Helping to automate and document key processes.
- Working directly with our co-founder to discuss new ideas for marketing campaigns and the content needed to engage new HR professionals and In-house recruiters.
- Helping us build a marketing plan for each of our key vertical markets.
- Managing and developing a small team who are eager to learn and develop.
What we need you to bring to the party:
- Experience working in the B2B software/SaaS space, exploring and optimising new channels including PPC, SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, webinars/events etc
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot and excellent reporting/data analysis skills, so we can see where progress is being made and what areas need extra attention.
- Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
