Midlands
(full time SSW): to inherit a stable caseload of 7 in
Derbyshire
, post arisen due to long-standing member of the team retiring, good handover will be available from this person. Within team: 1 RM, 1DRM, 4 SSW, I Support Worker, 1 admin. Size of region: 30 carers / 40 children in placement.
South West
(full time SSW x2): to inherit a stable caseload of 7 in
Somerset/Devon
- Stable caseload however please note that some carers live in rural locations. Within team: 1 RM, 3 DRM, 9 SSW, 2 Support Worker, 2 admin. Size of region: 50 carers / 75 children in placement.

- Location - Home based/hybrid
- Hours 37.5 per week / M-F, 9-5 (1 FTE)
- Salary £40,000 FTE + annual salary increase of between 1-3%
- PRP based on net growth (after 6-month probation period)
- On call rota (with OOH pay of £150 per week on-call)
- Annual leave 28 days FTE plus birthday off / plus length of service increases of additional 4 days.

- Varied role: SSWs are involved in carer training delivery, carer support forums/events, children's events and activities, recruitment fairs and events, form f assessments etc. (a TOIL approach is used for any event work held during evenings or weekends).
- 6 regions across UK (SW, SC, SE, Mid, NE, NW): 300 carers, Ofsted ratings of GOOD (on a journey to outstanding and a growth strategy to increase to 325 carers over next 12 months). 80 staff, low turnover, average tenure 4 yrs.
