Our international client in Basingstoke are on the lookout for a motivated and confident Customer Service Executive with office-based Customer Service experience to join their team within the Export department!

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be benefitting from:

  • Working hours with flexible start times: Monday - Friday either 8.30 am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break) or 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (30 minutes lunch break)

As the Customer Service Executive, you will be:

  • Working within the UK and Export team, liaising with global customers
  • Receiving and approving customers' orders, keeping customers proactively informed and updated at all times
  • Upselling and identifying gaps with active and inactive customers
  • Staying updated with international export rules and legislations

Who we're looking for:

The ideal candidate will have had previous Export or Purchasing experience, however this is not essential.

Essential for this role are outstanding written and spoken communication skills and previous customer service experience.

Additional languages such as German, French, Italian or Spanish are of advantage but not essential.
