We are supporting a company based in Stamford who are recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Administrator. This is a full time, permanent opportunity for someone with ideally a minimum of 5 years experience. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. Although it is not essential, knowledge of a European language would be an advantage.
Duties will include:
- Processing customer orders while providing a high level of service
- Liaise with production regarding specific order requirements
- Issuing paperwork for non EU shipments
- Undertake additional customer and order query support when required
To be successful you will have a solid customer focused background while demonstrating longevity on your CV. Ideally you will have some experience of customs paperwork but this is not essential. Salary will be discussed based on your experience.
