Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Excellence: Practice within NMC guidelines, ensuring best practices and company policies are followed.
- Health Services: Conduct health surveillance, medicals, and health promotion activities.
- Vaccinations & Phlebotomy: Perform these essential services both in the clinic and on client premises.
- Health Assessments: Complete pre-placement health questionnaires.
- Equipment & Stock Management: Perform daily equipment checks and maintain adequate consumable stock levels.
- Client Interaction: Provide expert advice on health issues and manage patient queries efficiently.
Requirements:
- RN Qualification: Registered with NMC.
- Experience: Vaccinations, phlebotomy, health surveillance, and fitness for work medicals.
- Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and excellent communication skills.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
- Training: Willingness to undergo training for specific clinical tasks as needed.
