The Role:
We are currently seeking a Property Lettings Consultant for this dynamic team. This role is a hybrid of property management and lettings, with no strict targets or KPIs-allowing you to focus on providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the inbox for landlord and tenant inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Coordinating repair work with the maintenance team as needed.
  • Conducting property viewings and facilitating tenancy agreements.
  • Handling renewals with existing tenants, ensuring a smooth process.
