Role Overview:
- Support Students: Work with children who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- 1:1 and Group Support: Provide both individual and group assistance.
- Safeguarding Focus: Understand child protection and safety protocols.
- Full-Time Position: Join a lovely Primary School in Newham for the entire academic year.

Requirements:
- Behavioural Needs Experience: Familiarity with complex behavioural needs.
- SEMH Understanding: Able to support children with SEMH challenges.
- EHCP Alignment: Support the aims of Education, Health, and Care Plans.
- Good Behaviour Management: Maintain a positive classroom environment.
