5+PQE | Property Solicitor

My client is expanding their well-established development team and is looking for a talented and experienced property lawyer to join their growing team! The client is a top 50 law firm, with the team operating out of their Birmingham office, and is consistently recognised in the top tiers by Legal 500. The team runs as a national team which will grant the successful candidate opportunities to work with colleagues across their 8 UK offices. The development team currently has 30+ employees working within the firm, with the majority working from their Birmingham office! The firm offers a very competitive salary and a generous bonus scheme.

The role is a hybrid role and requires a successful candidate to have experience working in a top commercial firm, experience in mix-use development, as well as large-scale advisory with developers and landowners. The team has a massive variety of clients and helps cover the full extent of real estate requirements including covering acquisitions, office developments and investments, and major infrastructure projects. The role would provide the opportunity to work closely with partners who are experts in their department, plus the opportunity to work on the largest, most exciting development projects!

A suitable candidate will have at least 5PQE in property law. Clear and concise communication skills are essential to nurture existing client relationships, as well as help win new business.

Please apply directed or confidentially contact Elliot Lockley at Search Legal for more information. Alternatively, if this role is not for you, I am working with a variety of other Corporate and Commercial Law opportunities with ranked teams in Birmingham and in the West Midlands so would be interested to talk to any Corporate or Commercial lawyer.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
