JOB OVERVIEW
Working as the Private Client Paralegal your duties will include the following in a support fuction role:
- Wills and Estate Planning
- Obtaining Grants of Probate and administration of Estates
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Contentious Trusts and Estates
- Court of Protection work
- Doing client visits in Hospitals and care homes.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in Private Client Work
- A good working knowledge of all aspects of Private Client Work
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation and reliability
