Our client are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic office assistant to support with day-to-day administration and customer service in their busy office based in Watlington. Working with a friendly team, you will handle incoming calls and emails, update databases and ensuring accurate record keeping. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior administrator looking to build on their exisiting administration skills.
Initially on a temporary contract, there is potential for the role to go permanent within 3 months for the right candidate. There are also strong opportunities for growth and progression within the business further down the line!
The role:
- Handling incoming calls, directing to correct person
- Managing inbox and responding to/forwarding emails
- Updating CRM and databses accurately
- Ensuring all documents and paperwork are accurate and up to date
- Supporting with daily office admin, filing, printing etc
- Welcoming any visitors to the site
The right person:
- 6-12 month admin experience
- Great customer service skills
- Strong IT skills
- Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic
- Enjoy working in a team
- Access to own vehicle is essential due to location of the office
- Must be available to start immediately and looking to go permanent
- Happy to work in the office Monday-Friday
