Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner - Capital Projects
Duration: 6+ Months
Start Date: September 2024
Location: Hybrid - with national travel (2 days on-site, 3 days from home)
Rate: Up to £480 per day (Outside IR35)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Project Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join a market leading business as they embark on a significant construction project. This role is critical for ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication across all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project reporting, data management, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Engagement:

Identify and address the needs of key stakeholders, including executive management, lenders, shareholders, and project teams.

Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and their concerns are addressed.

Project Reporting:
-
Create clear, consistent reports on project milestones, financial performance, and risk management.

Utilise tools such as D365 and Power BI to deliver insightful and actionable reports.

Data Management:
-
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all project-related documentation.

Maintain a unified version of the project's status, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to reliable information.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify, analyse, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimise potential project disruptions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Ideally proficiency with D365, Power BI, and other project management tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
