Driver Hire Southampton are currently recruiting for an experienced forklift driver with an accredited licence to work with our client specialising in the builders merchant industry.
About this Forklift position:
- Monday to Friday
- Ongoing temporary contract
- 7:00am- 4:00pm
- Picking and packing
- Loading and unloading HGV vehicles
- Moving building stock around the yard/warehouse
- Using a scanner system to pick products
What we require from you:
- Accredited forklift licence
- Previous experience operating forklift is essential
- Own transport to commute to and from work is necessary due to the location
- Great understanding of health and safety
- Previous experience in builders merchant industry beneficial
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Great time keeping
