We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Proposition Executive to assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing development of a market-leading client proposition within the financial services industry.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about staying ahead of market trends, with strong analytical skills and a desire to contribute to the strategic direction of client offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyse emerging market trends and competitor activities within the financial advice sector, providing strategic recommendations to ensure the client proposition remains competitive.
  • Regularly update and maintain proposition documentation, ensuring all changes and enhancements align with company policies and strategies.
  • Gather and analyse client feedback through surveys, interviews, and internal data to continuously refine the client proposition.
  • Research third-party tools and services that can enhance client experience and collaborate with internal teams to arrange demos and presentations.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of client outcome forums, ensuring the business consistently delivers excellent outcomes.
  • Ensure all proposition developments comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support the Head of Proposition with ad hoc tasks, including participation in strategic projects and internal collaboration to solve complex business challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative, respectful, and professional working environment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

The Candidate:

  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and within a small team, adapting to new challenges and taking on varied tasks.
  • Familiarity with financial services or a strong interest in the sector.
  • Experience in project management or contributing to cross-functional projects is a plus.
