Job Title: Project Manager - Housing (3-Month Contract)

Location: Camden (Hybrid Working)

Contract: 3 Months Rate: £505/day

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager in Housing to drive complex case management and innovative solutions across housing, social care, mental health, NHS services, and the voluntary sector. As a Project Manager - Housing, you will play a crucial role in managing intricate cases that intersect various services. Your focus will be on delivering positive outcomes through a relational and problem-solving approach, thinking outside the box to devise effective solutions for individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex cases cutting across housing, social care, mental health, NHS services, and the voluntary sector, ensuring good outcomes.
  • Employ a relational and problem-solving approach to create effective solutions tailored to the needs of individuals and families.
  • Utilise casework insights to identify and implement systematic changes, collaborating with relevant teams for successful delivery.
  • Address specific areas as directed by the Director of Housing, from allocations to housing management, temporary accommodation, and operational processes. Report back on issues and resolutions, driving these initiatives with the teams.
  • Undertake and lead projects as directed by the Director of Housing, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Director of Housing in various strategic and operational tasks.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in housing management, particularly with complex cases.
  • Strong understanding of the intersection between housing, social care, mental health, and NHS services.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with the voluntary sector to deliver integrated solutions.
  • PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams.
