Description
The key responsibilities of an HR Advisor candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
- Provide comprehensive HR advice to managers and employees
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
- Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
- Support recruitment processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective
- Facilitate training and development programs
- Contribute to HR projects as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records
- Comply with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines pertaining to HR
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proficiency in HR management systems
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to commute to Sheffield
