Purpose of Role:-
- To work as part of a team in the Operations Department.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure that we offer the highest possible level of service on our wholesale freight business.
Principle Responsibilities:-
- Dealing with inbound call enquiries
- AWB completion
- Customs Entries
- Arranging Courier Shipments
- Keeping Boxtop and systems up to date with latest information
- Problem Solving
- Liaising with our Handling Agent
