Support Specialist
Office Location: City of London
Salary: Up to £300 per day
Job Type: 6 Month Inside IR35 Contract
Hybrid Model: 3 days a week onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with hardware and application service desk escalations
- Configuring and maintaining the IT equipment
- Dealing with equipment moves and setups
- Working with the AV team
Requirements
- Application support such as MS Word, MS Outlook, DMS (Interwoven)
- Experience with Citrix and Secure ID
- Understanding of Networking Directory Services
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ticketing experience such as use of ServiceNow
- ITIL certification is desirable
