Your new company

  • You will be working for an employer of choice in the Portsmouth area who are seeking an interim AP Assistant to join their busy finance team.

Your new role

  • Processing of invoices
  • Resolving Supplier Queries
  • Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
  • Supporting AP team with managing AP inbox
  • Ensure accurate AP management
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

What you'll need to succeed

  • You will need full right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract (circa 3 months temp), this role will not offer sponsorship.
  • You will require previous experience as a purchase ledger clerk, accounts assistant or similar, with previous experience in the above tasks.
  • An AAT qualification would be preferred, however not necessary.

What you'll get in return

  • You will earn a competitive hourly rate of circa £13ph
