Do you have experience with Purchase ledger invoicing and Payroll?
I am looking for an Accounts assistant on a full-time basis in Witham
You must be able to drive for the location.
Key Responsibilities as follows:
- Coding and processing invoices
- Payment runs
- Reconciliation
- CIS and payments
- Processing expenses
- Processing a small monthly payroll- end to end
- Assist with weekly payroll on adhoc basis
- Dealing with supplier and payroll queries
Key Requirements for the role:
- Previous experience with purchase ledger is a much
- Previous experience with processing payroll is a must
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Able to work independently or collaboratively as required
- Timekeeping skills
- Be organised
