As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will help us create an inclusive and nurturing space where students receive the personalised support they need to succeed.
Role Overview
In this role, you'll work closely with teachers to provide classroom support, one-on-one assistance, and help students grow academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
Student Support:
- Provide individualised support to help students achieve their academic goals.
- Encourage independence and resilience through structured activities.
- Build a nurturing, positive learning environment.
Classroom Assistance:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons tailored to SEN students.
- Help maintain a safe and organised classroom.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in SEN.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach.
